Witaj Eindhoven: T.Love
Eindhoven has a large Polish community, and once a year the Muziekgebouw Eindhoven celebrates it. On Saturday 31 October 2026, Witaj Eindhoven, a festival entirely dedicated to Polish culture, returns for its third edition, with the legendary Polish rock band T.Love as headliner.
Witaj Eindhoven
"Witaj" means "welcome" in Polish, and that is the spirit of the festival. Witaj Eindhoven brings Polish music and culture to the city for everyone: for the many Poles who live and work in and around Eindhoven, and for anyone curious about the culture of one of the largest international communities in the region. The festival is organised by the Muziekgebouw with partners including the Polish Embassy, Eindhoven Airport and several Polish organisations and schools in the region.
The doors open early, at 17:00, so there is time for the rest of the festival programme before the headliner takes the stage at 20:15. Check the Muziekgebouw website for the full programme of the day.
Who are T.Love?
T.Love is one of the best-known rock bands of Poland. The band was formed in 1982 in Częstochowa and started out as a punk band, in the years when punk was a form of protest in communist Poland. Over the decades the band's sound moved towards rock and roll, with influences from reggae, glam rock and pop rock. Frontman Muniek Staszczyk is known for his energetic performances and for lyrics that look critically and often humorously at Polish society.
Among the band's best-known songs are Warszawa and King, which generations of Polish fans can sing word for word. For Polish visitors, a T.Love concert in Eindhoven is a piece of home; for everyone else, it is a chance to discover one of the classic bands of Polish rock.
